After a very restful time of vacation, I am trying to get back into the swing of things. This has been a week of fundraising and sharing stories, mainly about Bangladesh. Every time I share stories or see the pictures, I remember all that I experienced there and all that God taught me.
I remember how God miraculously answered our prayers for physical healing and weather. I remember how our team's prayers turned from ones of panic and helplessness to ones full of faith and hope. I remember the people I met and how they have impacted my life forever. I remember the joy of seeing so many people engaged in Scripture.
Over and over again, as I share these stories, I do not get bored of telling them. I know that everyone I've talked to enjoyed hearing these stories, but I'm starting to think that God has me repeating each story 2-3 times a day as a reminder to me.
So as long as you ask, I will share, not only for you, but also for me. I will not stop telling the stories of my brothers and sisters in Bangladesh because they are faithful believers, willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of the Gospel. I have a lot to learn from them.
Sharing their stories also reminds me to pray for them. My prayer is that they will be the light that brings forth a change in Bangladesh so unreal and amazing that it leads people to Jesus.
